The exercise group is especially suitable for women who feel they are not very fit, and for those who may have arthritis or similar problems. group meets Mondays 10.00am - 11am. Minimum donation $3/class or 5 classes $10. This is mostly chair exercise and not recommended for anyone looking for active or strenuous exercise.
