Community Options aim is to provide appropriate and sufficient support to enable the frail aged and people with disabilities who have complex needs to continue to live in their own home. Targets people with complex care needs & whose needs cannot be meet by existing community services and their carers. A service fee will be negotiated with each client. The caseworker works with each client to link them into appropriate services and develop a care plan tailored to meet individual needs and enhance their independence. Deniliquin Community Options is also a Veterans Home Care Provider and operates the Veterans Brokerage Project, all referrals for Veterans services must go through Department of Veterans Affairs or Veterans Home Care.

The service provides assessments, information, referrals, family support, integration support with schools and pre schools, individual programming within a positive environment to aid key areas of learning. Provision of wholistic practice. Provider has qualifications as Enrolled Nurse, Diploma of Diversional Therapy, Therapeutic Touch Practioner, and Sound Therapy Consultant.

I recently had a 5 day holiday for a family get together, and I had a friend from Sydney stay in my unit to look after my cat as I could not take here with us. Sadly, one of our neighbor's put a note on her car window, that she was not allowed to park the car there, and that she had been reported to Department of Housing. the spot she parked in is a spare spot, and not parking has been officially allocated to tenants. I spoke to dept of housing about this, and was told it was quite ok for me to have a visitor stay, and for them to use that car space and that they would notify all the tenants of this. But to date nothing has happened, and I have another trip away coming up soon, and really don't want this to happen again. Any advice would be appreciated.
