Living Longer, Living Stronger aims to increase the strength of older people and their overall health management, through increasing their muscle mass. This also increases their capacity to remain independent and manage their day-to-day activities. This program, design seeks to maximise opportunities for older people to engage in affordable, high quality, results oriented, strength training programs over the longer term. Exercise Class Mon, Wed 9 am -10.am. Retirees WA first Wed of month. Bus pick up within Harvey township, book at centre. Monthly trip into Bunbury for members. Bus to swimming in Waroona on Mondays. Club One Wednesday afternoons- indoor bowls, card and board games etc. Meals on Wheels (listed separately) based at same premises. Three course meals in dining room Mon - Fri at 12 noon.

I have been a bit lost for 8 months. My family broke apart after my wife attacked me with scissors and destroyed all my belongings and cut up all my clothes. my wife then took my kids away (who were in my care) and threatened to take them to China. Blocked all contact I've not known where they were till last month and I've been left couch surfing and living off the good graces of a few friends.
