Falls & Balance Clinic
The Falls & Balance Clinic is an assessment only clinic assessing patients who have a history of falls or balance issues which have not been diagnosed with a cause. It is not for Parkinson's patients - these attend the Movement Disorders Clinic (same contact details). An Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and Geriatritian conduct the assessment and then make referrals to other services, as well as conduct a review after 4 months. A referral from a medical practitioner is preferred. NOTE: This clinic operates as the Movement Disorders Clinic Mon - Thurs.

Rehabilitation - Therapy in the Home

The program provides short-term intensive rehabilitation programs for clients, within their own homes and communities. Treatment programs aim to assist clients and carer/s achieve their rehabilitation goals. The multidisciplinary team visit clients at home for up to 8 weeks. Home based therapy allows clients to develop independence with daily activities in a relevant setting, allowing carers and families to be closely involved in the rehabilitation process. Clients must reside within the local government areas of: Glen Eira, Stonnington, Port Phillip and Bayside. Therapy Services provided include: Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Social Work, Clinical Psychology.

I hope everyone is doing well. I was just wondering what the process is for applying for emergency food vouchers?
I am currently in between jobs, and my savings and centrelink are allocated to rent and medical expenses.
As of June, I'll be starting my new job but until then, I'm not sure how easy it will be to afford groceries.
