Fernbank provides low to medium level of care in 37 serviced apartments. Respite is provided in three rooms: two single, and one suitable for a couple. Services include assistance with personal care, medication management, and wound care. Also has support services for residents and families. Nurse on duty 24 hrs for emergency care. The Fernbank bus goes to St Ives Shopping Centre on Mon and Thur, and monthly to Chatswood on Mondays.

Gumleigh Gardens Retirement Village is a retirement lodge established by the United Protestant Association. This facility has 51 two-bedroom units for self-care clients, and there is a waiting list. There are also self-care units at The Rock and West Wyalong. Wagga villiage - Bond/Buy-in fee is required. The Rock and West Wyalong are rental accomodation. No pets allowed.
