This service provides an Initial assessment for immediate needs and then another assessment after 3 months for productivity wage. Individual Plan developed. Payment under Flagstaff Group Certified Agreement - 2004. After 3 months wage is negotiated on productivity. Workers can access work related training through the TAFE which is next door. Two volunteer advocates assist.
