Providing a flexible and innovative case management and brokerage service for people with moderate to severe disability, those who have high, complex support needs and their carers. Priority is given to people who have ageing carers who are at risk of premature or inappropriate long term residential care; those who are from ATSI or NESB background, live in rural and isolated communities or are not eligible for case management support from any other service.

Community Options (COPS) - Deniliquin

Community Options aim is to provide appropriate and sufficient support to enable the frail aged and people with disabilities who have complex needs to continue to live in their own home. Targets people with complex care needs & whose needs cannot be meet by existing community services and their carers. A service fee will be negotiated with each client. The caseworker works with each client to link them into appropriate services and develop a care plan tailored to meet individual needs and enhance their independence. Deniliquin Community Options is also a Veterans Home Care Provider and operates the Veterans Brokerage Project, all referrals for Veterans services must go through Department of Veterans Affairs or Veterans Home Care.

Hi I need some help for basic needs as I have nothing until I start and paid with new part time job - which I presume will be within 2-4 weeks. My housemates are helping with rent but that is all help that I've got. I've also lost contact for help from families and friends. My evidence documents were not enough to receive support from Vinnies and other organisation.

I’m to young for aged care and ndis wont help, I have social anxiety, morbidly obese, osteopenia, osteoarthritis, nerve and disc damage to my spine with sciatica and I can’t maintain my lawns anymore, was wondering in anyone would help me please
