Food for Thought
The aim of Food for Thought is to provide horticultural activities as a therapy in a supportive and relaxing environment. The activities are purposeful. It is for people with a disability or mental health issue. The horticulture sites are based at the University of Western Sydney Hawkesbury. The focus of the service is to provide people with the opportunity to develop skills for living, to work as a member of a team and for rest and relaxation. It provides a community for the service users.
