Families must be residing within the boundaries of the Frontier Services Remote Area Families Services that cover a large area of Qld and the Barkly Tablelands of the NT. They must have at least one child under the age of 5 years and be able to offer a reasonable standard of accommodation. Families must have no access to other mainstream childcare services. Families living in rural and remote areas and raising young children.
