Programs are as follows: Monday Mob - Activities for those with a physical disability who want to maintain their indipendence, physiotherapy is offered along with respite for carers (open for thos within the Bentleigh catchment area). Tuesday Treasures - Social & activities group for elderly persons who have a chronic illness, have been unwell, frail or socially isolated. Hello, I am a mum of two small children aged 1 and 3. I have been thinking of the value of community and would love to reach out to the older generation who may be missing their family or not have any. I'm not sure how to go about it. I'd love to take some time to visit or meet with a group of friendly people . I think it might bring some joy to some and my children will have the benefit of getting to know a different generation.
