Glenorchy & Northern District Adult Community Mental Health Team - Gavitt House

Community mental health facility which provides assessment, diagnosis and treatment for adults suffering from mental illnesses. Services are provided by a multi-disciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers and community psychiatric nurses, and includes specialist counselling, case management and medical treatment of psychiatric problems and support groups. GP referral preferred but not essential. All referrals initially assessed by our Crisis Triage and Treatment Team (CATT Team) who can be contacted on 1800 332 388.
