The Good Beginnings National Parenting Program fosters partnerships between parents, volunteers, all levels of government, community based services and business to offer support to parents and to create safe environments in which babies and young children can thrive. Helps parents who are isolated, depressed or experiencing difficulties that may disadvantage their children. Home visiting program to Broken Hill and Menindee. Trained volunteers/professionals visit parents. Good Beginnings also operate a Play and Learn program for parents and their children aged from birth to three and a Transition to School Group for children aged three to five and their parents.
