Graylands Adult Psychiatry
Graylands Hospital is a 199 bed Psychiatric Teaching Hospital and is approved under the Mental Health Act of WA (1996). It is a 24 hour service for voluntary and involuntary patients with mental health issues, providing health and hospital care. The role of the hospital is to assess and treat patients with psychiatric illnesses and prepare them for return to the community.

This is a public hospital covering the Lower and Central GS region. GPs in the Albany area are rostered for on call and emergency work. The WA Palliative Care Network, ACAT, HACC(MOW only) and MHS are also on this site. Dr Russell Harkman(MHS) has the psychosis program within the hospital in G- Ward. If non emergency transport to hospital is required, refer to Red Cross(9842 9095).Red Cross also provides hire of equipment e.g. shower chairs, wheel chair etc. Equipment hire has a small holding fee which is refunded once product is returned. Hi my name is Malika, i am in desperate need for some food, i have spent my last on my car as i need the vehicle to get me from work to pick up kids from school and back home, otherwise i couldtn get anywhere, if anyone would be able to help i would very much appreciate it, as i got my own rental at a very young age i am finding it difficult to put food in our mouths aswell.. any help would be very helpul at this very moment.
