These include * assessment and training in orientation and mobility to people of all ages with vision impairment; * referrals to occupational therapists where required; * aids to mobility including guide dogs, * long canes, support canes and electronic aids; * low vision assessment and training; * compensatory training to people with a neurological vision impairment; * Pets As Therapy (PAT) dogs to provide companionship to people with special needs (not only those who are vision impaired); * advocacy and community education on the needs and rights of people with disabilities and staff training seminars for other service providers. Hi my name is Malika, i am in desperate need for some food, i have spent my last on my car as i need the vehicle to get me from work to pick up kids from school and back home, otherwise i couldtn get anywhere, if anyone would be able to help i would very much appreciate it, as i got my own rental at a very young age i am finding it difficult to put food in our mouths aswell.. any help would be very helpul at this very moment.
