The Senior's Village at Lynch Street in Corrigin contains fourteen Independent Living Units , with three x 2 bedroom units and the other eleven are single bedroom units. All are rentals. There is a community hall and Men's shed on site for all residents to use.There are various activities held in the hall- cards on Mondays , Exercise on Tuesday and Thursday and Carpet Bowls on Wednesdays. Corrigin HACC run an Adult Day Care on Tuesdays at the hall. The Men's Shed has been converted to include pool tables and carpeted areas for "olympic seniors games" and the men meet here each Wednesday. All enquiries about the Village and availability is through the President and Secretary of the Senior Citizen's Committee.The Village and Senior Citizens Centre is all on the same site.

I'm a single mum to a 10 yr old boy, Zayden.
We live in Melton, which is in the west of Melbourne.
I urgently require assistance.
Food vouchers would be absolutely ideal and a petrol voucher.
I have to drive my son to and from school.
He is back from school camp today and my registration was due the day he left for camp. Another $100+ I just don't have.
Once my rent is paid there isn't enough left to survive.
This week is extra tough.
Once bills are direct debited I'm lucky to get food for a few days.
I have no family to get help from and zaydens dad doesn't support zayden at all.
Every time I ask for help from places locally I have to be assessed and it's so much stress going through all your troubles being advised to see financial advisers. It's so depressing going through the same thing each time.
I keep getting referred to Orange Door. They seem to help everyone else I've spoken to without having to relive and go thru your depressing present reasons why you require help quite indepth they go. Which is too stressful.
They have left me without assistance on a friday left me with no help because I'd spoken to more than 1 person there they were confused and just left me with nothing.
My phone is playing up so can't receive calls always so they just didn't send vouchers they'd told me they were sending..
It's just so stressful having to explain your story all the time.

My mother is 86 years old and she has early set Demancha and there is no one that can care for her 24/7 so im looking for a nursing home that will care for her but i need to find one that she can basically look after herself but to also have assistance around her 24/7 she has been hospitalised on 2 accassions now and the doctors and physio staff does not want her to stay living in her home because the only other person that lives there is my eldest son but he has cerebral phycey so can you please help me find the right residential aged care living village in the Lavington and Albury area’s only please
