Diabetes Education: One to one programs are always available. Group Programs are offered at different venues, days and times through the year. Bookings are required and are facilitated by the Diabetes Nurse Educator. Provide service to clients with: Type 1 Diabetes Type 2 Diabetes Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) To people with Impaired Glucose Tolerance (IGT)/ Impaired Fasting Glucose (IFG) Diabetes Education Centre provide education, support, life style choices with diet and exercise advice ; monitoring takes place together with the clients, clients are taught by trained educators to manage diabetes .
