A three - phase program to deliver education about cardiac services to clients in the Top End. Phase 1 - Inpatient education Phase 2 - Exercise and education Phase 3 - Maintenance with weekly phone call, exercise classes and education sessions. Weekly pre-procedure class to provide outpatients with information about procedures taking place interstate. Diabetes education and information available Aboriginal Health Workers on staff for Darwin area. Indigenous Project Officer on staff and visits outlying communities. Dietitian on staff for both programs, but predominantly diabetes clients.

I hope everyone is doing well. I was just wondering what the process is for applying for emergency food vouchers?
I am currently in between jobs, and my savings and centrelink are allocated to rent and medical expenses.
As of June, I'll be starting my new job but until then, I'm not sure how easy it will be to afford groceries.
