Hearing Life To apply for a voucher for hearing services one must be over 21 yrs, Australian Citizen or permanent resident. Pension card holder, on sickness allowance, holder of Gold Repatriation Health Card, White Repatriation Health Card with conditions including hearing loss, dependent of above catagories, Member of Australian Defence Forces or undergoing a vocational rehabilitation program with the Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service (CRS) Australia and referred by a case manager.
