Holyoake is an agency that supports family member who are affected by another persons drinking, drugging, gambling or addictive behaviour, past/present. It is not a religious organisation. The program continues over twelve sessions. Each session includes relaxation information, and group discussion: Process of addiction, family dynamics, care taking, Grief, Self Esteem, Assertiveness, Boundaries. Individual counselling. Day & Night Courses.
