HAS provides free information and advice about safe home environments. Free advice and assessment for all in target group. To be eligible for subsided assistance people must also be in receipt of Commonwealth Gvt pension or benefit and unable to make use of alternative forms of assistance, such as HACC, VHC, family or friends.
