Home Assist Secure - Wynnum
Aims to remove some practical housing related difficulties experienced by older people or people with a disability who wish to remain living in their own or rental home. Will not carry out repairs which are the responsibility of the land lord. Free information about home maintenance and security is available. Home Assist will contribute to cost of labour for eligible clients. Clients will pay for materials.

SB Care provides HACC and NRCP funded programmes: Centre based respite at Friendship Centres: Lakeview (Kingaroy), Gateway (Nanango) and Timbertowns (Blackbutt). Social suport/Community access, In-home respite, Information and referral, Carer support group and Home maintenance. Within that framework, support is given to frail, aged people and younger people with a disability in a manner that is reflective of their age and interest. SB Care also provides services to people with individual DSQ funded packages.

I had a very tough year the last few months I had to watch my mother slowly die from breast cancer, been struggling since mums passing before I turned 50. My family doesn't talk to me after mother passed been a lot of other things on my mind in regards to my immediate family. I feel so lost and lonely don't see anything to live for even though I've got 4 grown kids and 4 grandchildren still I can't feel anything any more for anyone. I need help please
