Assistance for people with low to moderate care needs to be independent in their own homes rather than moving into residential care. Home Care provides general housework, personal care (help with showering, eating, dressing), respite care, essential shopping and bill paying. Service times are flexible depending on the client's circumstances.This will be determined at assessment. Does not provide short term assistance. People can self refer. Prefer blister packs for medication. Berry to Long Beach. For care packages (CACPs) an ACAT Assessment is required to determine eligibility.
