Community Options (COPS) - Deniliquin

Community Options aim is to provide appropriate and sufficient support to enable the frail aged and people with disabilities who have complex needs to continue to live in their own home. Targets people with complex care needs & whose needs cannot be meet by existing community services and their carers. A service fee will be negotiated with each client. The caseworker works with each client to link them into appropriate services and develop a care plan tailored to meet individual needs and enhance their independence. Deniliquin Community Options is also a Veterans Home Care Provider and operates the Veterans Brokerage Project, all referrals for Veterans services must go through Department of Veterans Affairs or Veterans Home Care.

My name is Robert, I’ve experienced family domestic violent. Sadly I have a big injury in my back disk due to been assaulted and bashed by 6 x Police officers on the
20-11-2020. I haven’t been working, I’m receiving Centrelink job seeker. I got kicked out from the family house that I was paying mortgage for. Ive been homeless and leaving in a motel, I did approach Housing Department and thank god and thanks to them that they have offered me a 1 bedroom until which im hoping to move into it next week. Sadly I can’t afford to buy some of the furniture for the unit , jI’m wondering if your company would be able to help me out ?

Hi my name is Malika, i am in desperate need for some food, i have spent my last on my car as i need the vehicle to get me from work to pick up kids from school and back home, otherwise i couldtn get anywhere, if anyone would be able to help i would very much appreciate it, as i got my own rental at a very young age i am finding it difficult to put food in our mouths aswell.. any help would be very helpul at this very moment.
