The Multi Service Outlet (previously known as Shoalhaven Aboriginal Aged and Disability Care Services '') is funded through the Case Management program. This service is for people with medium to high and complex needs, to enable them to stay at home. It provides a flexible approach to service delivery. There is a small budget to provide assistance in purchasing equipment for existing clients only. Full assessment on referral. Service delivery is very flexible and may include areas such as personal care, domestic assistance, equipment, respite, transport. A social support Co-ordinator is available 3 days per week.
