A current Aged Care Assessment (ACAT) is required to assess eligibilty. Services to support frail aged people in continuing to live in their homes. Flexible packages of care and activities depending on the clients needs. Provide meals if required. Accept clients with incontinence. Provide training /education on a 1:1 basis as needed. Personal response system is installed and the initial cost is covered by the Client. Client must pay for ongoing costs.
