SHOPPING SERVICE: Clients are taken to their local shopping centre. (Ashfield Mall, Burwood Plaza, Leichhardt Market Place). 1.5 - 2 hours time is allowed for shopping, cost $5 donation. INDIVIDUAL TRANSPORT (via car): Provides transport to RPA, , Service available Mon - Fri 8:30am - 3:30pm, bookings through Leichhardt Community Transport 9660 0555 HEALTH RELATED TRANSPORT Service (NSW Health): Group transport (bus) to Concord Hospital. Pick up begins 8.30am - last drop off at 2.30pm on Fridays only. OUTINGS - Monthly Mondays limited walking cost $8.00 this is for isolated people. There is a waiting time for shopping services only.
