Services for people with disabilities and their carers. Respite is offered in a flexible, individually planned way using the following range of respite and leisure support options throughout the Shoalhaven: 1. Home-based Care in own home or respite worker's home. 2. Community-based support, daytime or overnight, on an individual or small group basis, opportunity to pursue recreational interests and school holiday support. 3. Social clubs, for adolescents and young adults with low support needs.
