Exercise Programs

Services provided include - - Recreational and Educational Activities - e.g. art and craft, guitar, keyboard, violin and double bass lessons and life drawing. - Playgroups - recreational activities for infants and pre-school children and their families/carers. - Occasional Child Care - for infants and pre-school children. - Health and Well-Being - health promotion activities for men, women and the elderly. Activities include social group, bike group, yoga, pilates and laughter club. - Self-Help and Support Groups - al-anon and alateen groups for those affected by a family members drinking problem, narcotics anonymous and Greek ethnic womens group. - Hire of Facilities - two halls, meeting spaces and kitchen. - Childrens Activities - classes in guitar, keyboard, singing, art, dancing and chess club. - Computer Courses - introduction to personal computers and MYOB.
