Federation of PCYC Links Kalgoorlie PCYC is one of 27 Centres throughout Western Australia. Each PCYC strives meet the needs of the local community, and to make a real contribution to crime prevention activities. Camp Mornington is Western Australia's Premiere adventure camp. The Western Australia Police Service supports PCYC throughout the state.
