This also increases their capacity to remain independent and manage their day-to-day activities. This program, design seeks to maximise opportunities for older people to engage in affordable, high quality, results oriented, strength training programs over the longer term .Other senior's programmes are :- 'Revitalise Aqua' and 'Revitalise Gym'
