Kwinana Salvation Army Community Church
This is the Church site and from here they administer the welfare services for crisis help and Kwinan Men's Support Service for one on one mediation , support and co-ordination to help deal with broad range of issues such as domestic violence, depression and unemployment etc. The emergency/ crisis help is in the form of food parcels, clothing and food vouchers, linen and some help with payment of Telstra bills. There is a men's Drop- in Centre at the Church three times a week. This is all part of Kwinana Men's Support Group.

With our lockdown, the down turn of my job and not qualifying for the new government assistance, not having a vehicle to run myself around I am putting my kids ahead of my own stigma today and ask for any assistance with obtaining support with some groceries, to make matters more difficult I have a child with sever allergies to nuts, dairy and wheat and the urgent issue of epipens which I need to prioritize in having renewed - this also makes food shopping near impossible utilizing the support of local food bank and significantly more expensive. Is there any food vouchers that can be accessed online to use with the supermarkets who offer a click and collect service or home delivery?

Hi,
I hope everyone is doing well. I was just wondering what the process is for applying for emergency food vouchers?
I am currently in between jobs, and my savings and centrelink are allocated to rent and medical expenses.
As of June, I'll be starting my new job but until then, I'm not sure how easy it will be to afford groceries.
Thanks for any advice,
Emma
