Lake Grace MPS HACC-WB
Lake Grace and Districts Health Service is a Multi Purpose Service providing services to the communities of Lake Grace, Newdegate, and Pingaring. The hospital has 10 beds,( 6 acute, 4 Nursing Home Type) and offers a range of services including 24 hour Accident and Emergency, Medical, Minor Surgical, Paediatric, Ante-natal, Post-natal care and Aged and Extended Care, and a General Practitioner residing in the town. The health service also provides Home Care Services in the towns and surrounding farming community, together with Child, Community and School Health. HACC is jointly coordinated by Paula Carruthers and Judy Walker . The services provided are :- Assessment , Centre Based Day Care , CSIA , Domestic Assistance , Home Maintenace , Meals (home) , Personal Care, Respite(in home) , Social Support and Transport. The HACC office is on the same site as the Hospital.
