Life Solutions will provide support to people with a disability, their families and carers. The programme has been designed to achieve short-med term goals which are identified by the referrer at the outset and are preventative in nature. The aim is to help people to continue to live in the community even when faced with difficulties which might previously appeared to be insurmountable. The service provides assistance when the persons normal support networks are at risk of breaking down. Can supply whitegoods, transport, equipment, therapy, respite, personal care, furniture etc.

My family doesn't talk to me after mother passed been a lot of other things on my mind in regards to my immediate family.
