Providing disability services in the South East Queensland area (Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Ipswich). Programs include Your Life Your Choice self directed services, Supports for School Leavers, Transition to Work, Shared Living and Host Family. Our disability services are ‘self directed services’ that offer people with a disability choice and control over the planning, design and delivery of the services they require. Our specialist Your Life Your Choice Coordinators have the expertise and understanding to help transition clients to the new National Disability Insurance Scheme that will come into effect from 2016.
