Life Without Barriers Toowoomba Disability Services
Providing disability services for the Toowoomba and Darling Downs areas. Our person centred support model offers people with disability empowerment through their inclusion in the planning, design and delivery of the services they require. We offer community access and participation activities, as well as an extensive in-house activities calendar that includes cooking programs, craft sessions, movie nights, BBQs and life skills program. We also offer a 12-week Transitional Respite Program that is available in a complex of modern units in Toowoomba. The program offers a home-like environment and specialist staff are trained using the Active Support Model to assist participants with the acquisition of daily living skills and independence.
