Services provided include Lifestyle Support, Post School Services and community inclusion support to people with a disability. Service users and their families play a central role in planning and monitoring support. Individualised approach to addressing lifestyle needs by creating and strengthening natural links between the person, their family, friends and community. People require funding to access service, yet we assist in application for funds via DSQ.
