Local Area Coordinator - Middle Swan
Each local area coordinator (LAC) provides support to between 45 and 70 people with disabilities, which enables the service to remain personalised and responsive. They also build strong community networks by connecting with local community members and groups who are willing to provide support .The local area coordinator operates as a service coordinator rather than a service provider, and, as such, is there to help the person with a disability and their family or carers to plan, select and receive needed services For further information please contact your local LAC. Hi my name is Malika, i am in desperate need for some food, i have spent my last on my car as i need the vehicle to get me from work to pick up kids from school and back home, otherwise i couldtn get anywhere, if anyone would be able to help i would very much appreciate it, as i got my own rental at a very young age i am finding it difficult to put food in our mouths aswell.. any help would be very helpul at this very moment.
