It aims to increase connections between people with disabilities, their families and the local community. To help people with disabilities to determine their own needs and to identify the informal and formal supports that will make a difference to their lives. Local support co-ordination is available to people who have an intellectual, physical, neurological, psychiatric or sensory disability and require significant help and support. Hi my name is Malika, i am in desperate need for some food, i have spent my last on my car as i need the vehicle to get me from work to pick up kids from school and back home, otherwise i couldtn get anywhere, if anyone would be able to help i would very much appreciate it, as i got my own rental at a very young age i am finding it difficult to put food in our mouths aswell.. any help would be very helpul at this very moment.
