Local Government in Loddon Mallee delivers Community Aged Care; Extended Aged Care at Home and Extended Aged Care at home Dementia; packages. Although co-ordinated through Swan Hill Rural City Council, you can contact any Council in the region's Aged & Disability and they will assist you with further information. Funded by the Commonwealth Government these packages provide planned & co-ordinated community services to people with complex care needs, to assist them to remain living in their own homes. They are designed for each individual and are based on his/her particular needs.

Hi my name is Trent. I have been unemployed since February 10th, I have applied for jobseeker but my claim was rejected and now is being reassessed by the complex review team.
