Range of community programmes to assist in making healthy changes to lifestyle, such as new mothers' workshops, Quit Smoking groups, self defence classes. Will also assist with specialist appointments, travel assistance by liaising with PATS, access to SWAMS services, allied health appointments, filling prescriptions, health advice and support.

My mum suffered a stroke in July and is currently in Woy Woy rehab centre. They’re hoping she’ll be home in 5/6 weeks. My dad is looking for someone to come in the mornings and evenings to help with mum. We are looking at between 4-6 hours per day. We’ll know more in 5/6 weeks as to the role itself but it’s standby assistance.
