Can assist with appointments with GP's for medical care and health checks. Health checks available under Medicare to all Aboriginal children under 15 years, Aboriginal people with chronic disease between 15 - 54 years, and all Aboriginal people over 55 years. Range of community programmes offered including self defence classes, walking groups, new mother support workshops, quit smoking groups. Also assist with specialist appointments. accessing travel asistance, accessing any service available through SWAMS, allied health appointments, advice and support.
