(MADSAR) Mandurah Disabled Support and Recreational Respite Inc
Recreational options for people with disabilities is organised by MADSAR . It supports people with disabilities to participate in their choice of local community activities, whilst being supported by another community resident with similar interests. This is a one-on-one recreational activirty of choice Choices made may range from swimming groups, youth clubs, sporting outlets, craft activities, to more passive recreational choices such as meditation groups, library visits , to a coffee and chat with a friend. Priority is given to people who: * live with aged carers * those who are isolated from their community * people with out any day options * children with behavioural issues All you need to do to become a member is: * pay an annual support fee ($30) * and have fun This is an ATE programme and is funded by the Disability Services Commission of WA, although it is solely a recreational activity.

UGSFSA helps people to manage various forms of funding (ie Intensive Family Support, Alternatives to Employment, Post School Options). Assistance with support worker selection is available. I hope everyone is doing well. I was just wondering what the process is for applying for emergency food vouchers?
I am currently in between jobs, and my savings and centrelink are allocated to rent and medical expenses.
As of June, I'll be starting my new job but until then, I'm not sure how easy it will be to afford groceries.
