Meals on Wheels - Southern Shoalhaven
Southern Shoalhaven Zone Meals on Wheels deliver fresh meals and frozen meals on a regular basis to people with disabilities, frail aged people and their carers. Service covers from Sussex Inlet to North Durras. Process begins with an assessment done in clients home. A wide range of meals is offered. Service caters for Diabetics, and those with special needs for health, religious or cultural reasons. SSMOW also provides social support at home for people who are eligible, and three social support groups: Burrill Lake every 2nd Monday 10 am - 2 pm; Pioneer every 2nd Thurs of the month 10 am - 2 pm; Milton Last Wed of the month 10 am - 2 pm.
