The facilities at the centre include a health club,group fitness studio,group training studio,indoor sport,creche and cafe.they also offer lifestyle,learning and leisure courses.There is before and after-school care and vacation care programs for children 4.5-15.5yo. Special needs children are easily accommodated in these programs.There is a SportsLink program run for special needs children during the holidays. Senior's programs are also available,particularly LLLS-Living Longer Living Stonger-a strength based training program for seniors that will improve muscle strength ,balance,and confidence,energy levels and improve overall quality of life.Professional supervision and on-going support given.

20-11-2020. I haven’t been working, I’m receiving Centrelink job seeker. I got kicked out from the family house that I was paying mortgage for. Ive been homeless and leaving in a motel, I did approach Housing Department and thank god and thanks to them that they have offered me a 1 bedroom until which im hoping to move into it next week. Sadly I can’t afford to buy some of the furniture for the unit , jI’m wondering if your company would be able to help me out ?
