Assist carers to continue caring for people with dementia and/or Cognitive and behavioural disorders at home. Respite service in/out home, gives carers a break and/or support, and/or dementia education for people in rural or remote areas with challenging behaviours. Also provides Case Management (including care coordination and referrals), Carer support and Education. Services north to Stuarts Point, South to Johns River and west to Ellenborough.
