Mudgee Meals On Wheels

The Meals on Wheels service provides nutritious meals to eligible people living in Mudgee Shire. Hot meals are delivered to town consumers 5 days a week by volunteers. Weekend meals are available frozen. Frozen meals are also available for clients living in rural and remote areas of the Shire. The service aims to help people live more comfortably in their own home. Meals on Wheels is available for the frail aged and people with disabilities and their carers either on a temporary or permanent basis. Customers are expected to pay for what the meal costs to prepare, however, inability to pay will not exclude customers from the service.

Hi,
I hope everyone is doing well. I was just wondering what the process is for applying for emergency food vouchers?
I am currently in between jobs, and my savings and centrelink are allocated to rent and medical expenses.
As of June, I'll be starting my new job but until then, I'm not sure how easy it will be to afford groceries.
Thanks for any advice,
Emma

I require a driver for my elderly mum at 11:00 daily to drive 1.5km in Scarborough to visit my Dad at Bally Cara. Are there any drivers who can assist?
