Murgon Hospital and Community Health Centre South Burnett Health Service District
The South Burnett Health Service District incorporates hospitals and community health services at Nanango, Kingaroy, Wondai, Murgon and Cherbourg, plus other health services at Proston, Goomeri and Kilkivan. Services are not available at all sites, but you will be given information and assistance to access the required service within the district. Other Community Health services include Child Health, Family Support Services, Drug and Alcohol Services, and Community Nursing.

My mum suffered a stroke in July and is currently in Woy Woy rehab centre. They’re hoping she’ll be home in 5/6 weeks. My dad is looking for someone to come in the mornings and evenings to help with mum. We are looking at between 4-6 hours per day. We’ll know more in 5/6 weeks as to the role itself but it’s standby assistance.
