Murgon Hospital and Community Health Centre South Burnett Health Service District
The South Burnett Health Service District incorporates hospitals and community health services at Nanango, Kingaroy, Wondai, Murgon and Cherbourg, plus other health services at Proston, Goomeri and Kilkivan. Services are not available at all sites, but you will be given information and assistance to access the required service within the district. Other Community Health services include Child Health, Family Support Services, Drug and Alcohol Services, and Community Nursing.

Provides post acute - funded/brokered, palliative care, support and maintenance and personal care. Day care 9am-1pm each Thursday at Senior Citizens Centre. Podiatry Clinics $12; Physiotherapists $10 per visit. OT $7.

Targeting frail aged, young disabled (Mon), and carers. Day Respite $12 weekdays, $15.00 for outings lunch inc. e.g. Hervey Bay Boat Club. Young disabled day is Mondays. Please note: Medications must be in webster packs. NRCP funded. In-Home Respite and Social Support - $3.00 per hour contribution.
