Centre based. The Post School Options Project provides day options, support and skills development for school leavers with a disability. Groups participate in activities including: personal development, sports/fitness, art/craft, cooking, journal writing, work experience, community outings and shopping. All service users are working to meet individual goals, and this means doing one-to-one work with staff to develop specific skills such as money handling or numeracy and literacy.
