This service provides home nursing, continence advisory, foot care. Allied health services include psychology, social work, dietetics, speech pathology, physiotherapy, and occupational therapist for home modification. A limited nursing service is available until 8.30pm each evening and on weekend & pulic holidays. The Aged Care Assessment Team is also on site.
