Living Longer, Living Stronger aims to increase the strength of older people and their overall health management, through increasing their muscle mass. This also increases their capacity to remain independent and manage their day-to-day activities. This program, design seeks to maximise opportunities for older people to engage in affordable, high quality, results oriented, strength training programs over the longer term. Melville Recreation Centre is also an LLLS Endorsed Provider.This is a general gym and fitness centre. There are pilates and aqua-aerobics also suitable for seniors.

Club One Wednesday afternoons- indoor bowls, card and board games etc. Meals on Wheels (listed separately) based at same premises. Three course meals in dining room Mon - Fri at 12 noon.

Can I please ask how I can access an application for accommodation in your over 55 units please. I have recently moved back to WA from working in NT. I used to stay at my mum's place but my nephew has moved in so I have no housing. I am 61 not currently working may be able to get some p/t work.
